AI DataCenter Logistics/Asset Management Lead

Our client is a fast-growing hyperscale Data Center Operator building infrastructure to support top AI labs and enterprises.DataCenter Logistics and Asset Management LeadWhat this role does:Build and own inventory, asset lifecycle, and material flow. Ensures operations never stall due to missing parts or poor logistics.What they’ll own:End-to-end asset tracking (receipt → deployment → decommissioning)Receiving, shipping, inspection, tagging, and system updatesInventory audits and cycle counts (targeting 99%+ accuracy)Parts fulfillment for build, repair, and deploymentRMAs, vendor coordination, and warranty managementInventory reporting, dashboards, and process improvementMust-have background:3+ years in logistics, warehouse ops, or supply chain (tech/manufacturing preferred)Experience with IT hardware (servers, networking)Strong Excel / reporting / data skillsExperience managing inventory systems with high accuracyNice to have:Datacenter or colocation experienceERP / asset tracking systems experienceSalary & Benefits:$125-150k base salary + meaningful equity.Great health insuranceRelocation Assistance
