This is a rare opportunity to sell a premium product in one of Colorado's most beautiful mountain communities, with real earning potential tied directly to your performance.What You'll Do:Build solid product knowledge through dealership training videos, field visits, and manager supportProactively generate leads through networking, community outreach, and local relationships — you're not waiting for customers to walk inConsult with customers and guide them toward the right hot tub or sauna solution Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from first contact through closeSplit time between our Crested Butte and Gunnison locationsPitch in across showroom operations as a true team playerBring initiative and ideas as the business continues to expandWhat We're Looking For:Proven sales experience, including lead generation and prospecting — you know how to build a pipeline, not just work oneA genuine, consultative approach — no high-pressure tactics, just good conversationReliability, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindsetComfort working across two locations in the Gunnison ValleyLove of the mountain and wellness lifestyle is a plus — our customers live itCompensation: $25/hour + profit sharingSend your resume and a brief note about your sales background to Graeme and Bill at admin@cbhottub.com.
