This individual will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from award through closeout while also providing day-to-day leadership for field technicians, installers, and programmers. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), with a strong preference for those experienced in Delta Controls. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in both technical problem-solving and people management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.\nPrimary Responsibilities for eagle Control’s BAS Project Manager:\nManaging all Nashville-area BAS projects from kickoff to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.\nReviewing project scope, drawings, specifications, and estimates to ensure accurate execution.\nLeading client communications, including progress meetings, status updates, and project closeout documentation.\nProviding direct management, coaching, and task assignment to field technicians, installers, and programmers, ensuring accountability and performance.\nFostering a culture of ownership, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across field operations.\nServing as a subject matter expert for building automation systems (Delta Controls hardware/software), troubleshooting complex issues and supporting system integrations.\nOverseeing commissioning, testing, and training to ensure projects meet customer satisfaction and company quality standards.\nCollaborating on engineering submittals, control strategies, and graphics standards to maintain technical accuracy.\nPrimary Qualifications for eagle Control’s BAS Project Manager:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).\n7+ years of experience in building automation / controls project management.\nStrong preference for Delta Controls experience; knowledge of BACnet and other open protocols required.\nProven track record of leading field teams and successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.\nProficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.\nPMP certification or similar is a plus.\nCompensation & Benefits:\nEmployee Stock Ownership Program\nDiscretionary Annual Bonus'\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\n401k with Discretionary Company Contributions\nPaid Time Off (Vacation; Sick Time)\nPaid Company Holidays\nPaid Parental Leave\nTuition Reimbursement Program\nEmployee Assistance Program\nGym Reimbursements\nDIVERSITY:\nOur commitment to diversity and inclusion starts with us.
