Position Overview Job Description: Investment Banking and Capital Markets – Equity Capital Markets Syndicate Head Corporate Title: Director Location: New York, NYDB’s Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Group structures, markets and executes bespoke equity transactions for corporations and financial institutions (including private equity firms). The team operates on the private side, working alongside client coverage teams in Investment Banking, and product teams such as Strategic Equity, Debt Capital Markets and Leveraged Finance.
