You’ll handle a high‑volume book of startups, provide responsive day‑to‑day support, and partner with senior leaders to identify and nurture accounts as they scale.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nServe as the first relationship contact for early‑stage startups, ensuring an excellent onboarding and adoption experience.\n\nHelp founders adopt Mercury’s core suite.\n\nExecute playbooks that ensure consistent engagement across a large portfolio of startups.\n\nSurface scaling opportunities to senior RMs and partner with them on strategic accounts.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Partnerships, Product) to provide feedback and improve founder experience.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\n2–4 years in fintech, customer success, early‑stage banking, or startup‑facing account management.\n\nExperience working with founders or early‑stage teams; comfort with ambiguity and speed.\n\nStrong communication skills and responsiveness across Slack, email, and in‑person events.\n\nAbility to manage a large book of accounts with automation and playbooks.\n\nA customer‑first, process‑driven mindset, with an eagerness to grow into deeper RM responsibilities.\n\nOur target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following\n\nUS employees in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $119,400 - $134,300\n\nUS employees outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $107,500 - $120,900\n\nMercury values diversity & belonging and is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
