The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in mechanical / equipment maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\r\nRequirements of the Maintenance Supervisor\r\n5+ years in equipment / machine maintenance\r\nExperience developing and running preventative maintenance plans\r\nPLC / Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred\r\nSchematic and hardware design.\r\nExperience with 8D's & 5 Why's\r\nUnderstanding of Lean, Kaizen, 5S\r\nBenefits of the Maintenance Supervisor Competitive salary\r\nAdvancement potential\r\nFull time\r\nPaid time off\r\nMedical / Dental / Vision\r\n401k\r\nResponsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor Directly supervises employees in the maintenance department in a manufacturing environment.
