This role will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure system requirements are properly defined, managed, and validated throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, analyze, and manage system requirements and specifications.\nSupport system architecture development and interface definition.\nCreate and maintain requirements traceability matrices and technical documentation.\nCoordinate with engineering disciplines, field personnel, clients, and stakeholders throughout project execution.\nSupport systems integration activities, including interface management and issue resolution.\nParticipate in verification and validation planning and execution.\nAssist with test procedure development, testing activities, and acceptance documentation.\nPerform technical reviews of designs, drawings, specifications, and project deliverables.\nIdentify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.\nSupport project planning, scheduling, reporting, and change management activities.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.\nProvide technical support during installation, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n3+ years of systems engineering experience in transportation, infrastructure, industrial, telecommunications, defense, or other complex engineering environments.\nKnowledge of requirements management, systems integration, verification, and validation methodologies.\nStrong technical writing and documentation skills.\nExperience with requirements management tools and Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.\nAbility to travel as project needs require.\n- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
