Yes Job Description Base-2 Solutions is seeking a senior Program Manager (PM) to lead execution of the SIA-3 IDIQ, supporting DIA and the broader Defense Intelligence Enterprise. The PM will have full authority and accountability for performance, cost, schedule, quality, and risk across multiple global task orders supporting CYD and mission partners. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the single accountable PM for SIA-3 task orders, ensuring disciplined execution across CONUS and OCONUS missionsProvide executive-level interface with DIA leadership, Contracting Officers, and mission stakeholdersOversee Task Order Managers aligned to Mission Technical Areas (MTAs) and regional mission setsEnsure analytic quality and tradecraft compliance (ICD 203/206, DIA Reviewer Guide) in coordination with Quality & Tradecraft LeadsManage program risk, issues, and change control to prevent mission impactOversee cost, performance, and CDRL reporting using DCAA-compliant systemsLead workforce planning, surge support, and continuity of operations Required QualificationsPMP certification (required)10+ years of program management experience supporting DoD or IC customersDemonstrated experience managing large, complex IDIQ or multi-task-order programsStrong understanding of DIA, IC analytic missions, and enterprise coordinationProven ability to manage cleared analytic and technical workforces at scale PreferredPrior DIA or SIA-3 experienceExperience supporting CYD, CCMDs, or Service Intelligence Centers Pay & Benefit Highlights CompensationCompetitive fixed salary or hourly pay (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity).Employee referral bonuses up to $10,000 per hired referral.Additional bonus opportunities for exceptional performance and contributions to business development and company growth (role-dependent).
