Job detailsKelly Science & Clinical is seeking an Scientist, Method Development for a direct-hire position at a leading pharmaceutical client.Location: Concord, OH - 100% onsiteSalary/Pay Rate: $110,000-115,000/year and depending on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday 1st ShiftResponsibilities:Perform routine and non-routine HPLC and GC analysis in a GMP analytical laboratoryDevelop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods for small molecules (molecular massSupport implementation of methods into the document control systemPerform MS, FTIR, NMR, KF, XRD, DSC, TGA, and other assays as assignedAuthor protocols and reports; review technical content and maintain good documentation practicesCoordinate stability testing and ensure compliant, timely data deliveryCommunicate effectively with cross-functional manufacturing and quality personnelContribute to troubleshooting, stand-up of new equipment/processes, and laboratory QAQualifications:B.S. in Chemistry requiredAt least 10 years of hands-on pharmaceutical analytical laboratory experienceDemonstrated experience with HPLC, GC in a GMP/GLP industry-based lab environment required.Experience with NMR/Spectroscopy, MS, FTIR, KF, XRD, DSC, and TGA is desirableSkilled in the use of standard laboratory equipment (balances, pipettes, etc.)Strong basic chemical knowledge; safe handling of materials
