Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Agent in Training, you will play a vital role in driving our agency's success while building your own rewarding sales career. Your responsibilities will include: Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policyholdersConsulting with clients to assess their needs and recommending tailored coverage solutionsSelling and cross-selling insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policiesBuilding and maintaining lasting client relationships through ongoing support and regular policy reviewsConsistently meeting or exceeding sales targets that contribute to both your success and agency growthStaying current on product options and ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are metManaging leads, client follow-ups, and renewals efficiently using CRM toolsParticipating in team meetings and collaborative sales strategy sessions Who We're Looking ForWe are seeking ambitious, career-driven sales professionals who excel in achieving exceptional results.
