Building off a strong established foundation, disciplined pipeline and seasoned team, you will lead the strategic direction and execution for US and North American revenue expansion— joining at the start of a significant growth phase with substantial upside ahead.Role Overview:The role is best suited to a commercially driven and strategically minded leader who is equally comfortable working hands-on in the market as they are shaping strategy. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise SaaS, digital health, and pharmaceutical commercialization, with accountability for driving large scale platform deals, expanding global strategic accounts, and shaping revenue strategy in a highly regulated environment. You will be expected to lead from the front, personally engaging clients, preparing materials and closing deals alongside the team while also being an integral member of the executive team, contributing to growth strategy and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:1. Enterprise Revenue OwnershipOwn and deliver global bookings, ARR, and revenue growth targetsLead strategic sales efforts targeting top global pharma and medtech companiesClose large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals2. Global Account Strategy & ExpansionBuild and execute global account plansDrive land-and-expand motions across new indications and programsEstablish C-level relationships with pharma manufacturers in North America3. Commercial Leadership in a Regulated EnvironmentApply knowledge of GxP, GPvP, FDA, EMA, HIPAA, GDPREnsure compliance-aligned commercial strategies and position expansion opportunities given RxPx regulatory grade platform4. Patient-Centric Growth StrategyEmbed patient journey understanding into commercial strategyEnsure continuous market feedback between customers, product, engineering teams5. Data & Evidence-Driven SellingLead with value-based, evidence-driven narrativesAlign with RWE and HEOR frameworksAct as a strategic conduit to the data team regarding customer needs, market trends and opportunities6. Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner across product, medical, marketing, and customer successAlign with the CMO on GTM strategy, implementation and measurementPartner directly with the CSO, US to develop clinical strategies, priorities and measurementsSupport the executive team on network expansion and thought leadershipWork collaboratively with product leaders to inform roadmap and industry directions7.
