You will implement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices and support a robust, hybrid cloud infrastructure that provides the necessary backbone for delivering high-bandwidth services.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS\nImplement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practices\nAnalyze applications and make recommendations for migration to cloud environments\nProvide strategies for failure/recovery and cost optimization of cloud services\nDevelop and implement cloud applications and migrate existing on-premises applications to the cloud\nDebug cloud stacks and manage policies for the use of cloud services\nEstablish secure cloud environments and ensure appropriate availability/uptime design\nWork independently designing and developing new software products for cloud environments\nEnhance existing cloud software for performance and scalability\nParticipate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities\nSupport the multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret)\nCollaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure seamless integration\nQualifications:\nClearance Level:\nActive Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related field\nExperience:\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years focused on cloud technologies\nExperience with SAFe Agile framework\nStrong understanding of cloud security requirements in government environments\nRelevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred\nAdvanced proficiency with:\nAWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S cloud platforms\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform)\nContainerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\nCloud security implementation\nServerless computing (Lambda, S3)\nDatabase services (RDS, DynamoDB)\nCloud networking and VPC configuration\nCI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments\nMonitoring and logging solutions\nAdditional Technical Experience\nExperience with:\nPython, .NET C#, or other development languages\nDevSecOps practices and tools\nMicroservices architecture\nAPI Gateway implementation\nElasticsearch, Splunk, and other data platforms\nSAFe Agile methodologies\nCost optimization techniques for cloud resources\nHybrid cloud and on-premises integration\nWork Environment\nPrimary location: Chantilly, VA\nMay require occasional travel for Program Increment planning sessions\nMust be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check and polygraph examination\nMay require flexible scheduling to support critical operations\nBenefits at Sentar:\nOur unique ownership model attracts top talent, giving employees the freedom to take initiative and drive meaningful improvements.
