By transforming how our nation solves complex software challenges, our work accelerates innovation that strengthens national security.\n\nPOSITION DESCRIPTION //\nAs a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, development, implementation and sustainment of complex systems. Working with teams onsite at WPAFB, office and remotely in the Dayton area.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze datasets using SQL and relational database systems.\nCreate clear, impactful data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to communicate trends and findings.\nUtilize Python (pandas or polars, matplotlib) for data cleaning, transformation, statistical analysis, and automation.\nPartner with stakeholders and technical teams to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.\nPerform exploratory data analysis to identify operational patterns and performance metrics relevant to mission objectives.\nEnsure compliance with DoD data security and privacy standards throughout all analytics processes.\n\nDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE //\nRequired:\nActive DoD Security Clearance or held within the last 12 months.\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.\nStrong hands-on expertise with SQL and relational databases.\n5+ years of Tableau experience for dashboard creation and data visualization.\nWorking knowledge of Python, specifically pandas or polars for data analysis and matplotlib for visualizations.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.\nPreferred :\nExperience supporting DoD or federal government data initiatives.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to travel by air, car, or other transportation methods.\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8 hours/day).\nAbility to lift and carry lightweight items (e.g., laptops, demo equipment, marketing materials) up to 25 lbs.\nFrequent use of hands and fingers for typing, using a mouse, writing, and handling equipment.\nVisual acuity to read detailed technical documents, view computer screens, and operate software systems.\nAuditory ability to participate in meetings, customer demos, and conference calls, including in potentially noisy environments (e.g., trade shows or military facilities).\nMobility to move between office spaces, customer sites, conference venues, and manufacturing or lab environments.\nFlexibility to adapt to varying work environments (e.g., corporate offices, government buildings, industrial or lab spaces).\n\nWe are committed to staying rooted in our core value of Team First.
