Our consultants serve as trusted advisors to property owners facing complex structural and soil issues.WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Project Consultant (also known internally as a System Design Specialist) meets with homeowners and property managers to inspect structures, diagnose foundation or soil-related problems, and recommend engineered repair solutions.This is a consultative outside sales role where you will visit properties, perform inspections, educate clients on repair options, and guide them through the process of restoring their structure.You will serve as the primary point of contact from inspection through project approval, helping customers feel confident in their decisions and the solutions we provide.DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive to pre-scheduled customer appointments throughout the local marketBuild rapport with homeowners and property managers to understand their concerns and goalsConduct detailed inspections of homes, buildings, and structuresDiagnose structural settlement, soil movement, drainage problems, or seawall issuesDesign repair solutions using Helicons engineered systems, including:Push piers and helical piersPolyurethane concrete liftingSoil stabilization and compaction groutingPresent findings and explain repair options clearly and confidentlyPrepare repair proposals and pricing for customersClose projects and secure signed agreementsMaintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales processCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project executionMeet or exceed monthly sales performance targetsAttend weekly sales meetings and company trainingRepresent Helicons culture and values in every client interactionRequirements:MUST HAVES:Valid drivers license with a safe driving recordKnowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practicesKnowledge of construction principles and practices preferred but not required.Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.Basic computer skills and ability to use sales software and inspection toolsStrong communication skills.Preferred:CompetitiveCustomer OrientationPersuasionResilienceResourcefulnessVersatilityYOU WILL LOVE WORKING FOR HELICON IF YOU:Believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watchingEnjoy helping homeowners solve complex problemsThrive in a performance-driven environmentTake pride in delivering exceptional customer experiencesValue teamwork and accountabilityAre motivated by the opportunity to earn significant income through performanceWORK SCHEDULE:Flexible schedule based on customer appointmentsEvening or weekend availability may be required to meet homeowner schedulesLocal day travel throughout the service areaENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:Outdoor weather conditionsPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift/carry/push or pull - up to 20 pounds;Ability to drive a vehicleOperate a computer/ipad and cell phoneCommunicate accurately on the telephone and in personCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSPay based on performance with no capHigh earning potential ($100K$200K+)Health insurance and benefits offered including a 401k matchMonthly phone and vehicle allowancePaid training on Helicon systems and inspection methodsCareer growth opportunities within a growing geotechnical companyCompensation details: 100000-200000 Yearly SalaryPIc7ea9d823a61-26289-40372875
