This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.Oversee and manage agency policies, procedures, and service standards.Manage critical functions including scheduling and seamless client service delivery.Oversee full staff lifecycle, from recruitment and training to supervision and performance evaluations for both field staff and administrative teams.Ensure adequate caregiver coverage and expertly manage call-outs and emergencies.Drive client satisfaction through comprehensive intake, individualized care planning, being the main client contact, and resolving concerns.Maintain meticulous records and conduct regular audits for quality assurance and compliance.Prepare for and respond to all licensing inspections while continually monitoring key performance metrics.QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).At least 1 year of management experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service industry.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of home care regulations and best practices.Proficiency in scheduling systems, EMRs, and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with Wellsky preferred).Proven ability to multitask, delegate, and manage crises.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Company OverviewAt One You Love Homcare, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate, dependable, and personalized non-medical home care services.
