Apply via Dice today!We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive new revenue growth in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role owns the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through closing, and is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial professional with a strong track record in solution-based selling. You will engage senior decision makers, develop strategic relationships, and expand market presence while positioning consulting services that solve complex business challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new and incremental revenue through proactive prospecting and acquisition of net-new clientsBuild and manage a qualified pipeline, including development of statements of work and contract negotiationEstablish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and generate referrals that lead to new opportunitiesMaintain strong knowledge of market conditions, competitive landscape, and service offeringsDevelop access to key decision makers and expand C-level relationships across target accountsAlign client needs with appropriate solutions and internal resources to deliver business outcomesExecute structured sales methodology including solution selling and account management practicesProvide strategic input on go-to-market plans, account strategy, and pursuit developmentCommunicate effectively through presentations, proposals, and executive discussionsRequired QualificationsDemonstrated success in hunter-style business development with strong closing abilityExperience selling consulting or professional services solutions into mid-market or enterprise organizationsProven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholdersStrong relationship-building and communication skills across diverse audiencesStrategic thinking with experience in market development and business modelingAbility to serve as a trusted advisor and build credibility with client leadershipPreferred Qualifications7+ years of experience selling consulting services into enterprise or Fortune 500 accountsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceCompensationBase salary range: $150,000 – $175,000 plus performance-based incentives
