We can offer you a competitive salary, benefits and valuable OEM discounts.\nMission: Ensure the effective implementation of all health & safety policies, projects and initiatives in the region.\nResponsibilities: Ensure that Health & Safety legal requirements are identified and that all the plants comply with them\nEnsure that Antolin Health & Safety Management System is implemented\nEnsure that Health & Safety Transformation plan is implemented performing periodical follow up.\nCoordinate the H&S Managers of the Antolin Plants in the Region: organize periodical meetings where promote best practices and lesson learned sharing\nCoordinate ISO 45001 internal and external audits with Corporate H&S Manager: ISO 4500 internal audit plan, perform internal audit and support external audits\nManage the Region H&S management system documents.\nParticipate in the incident investigation of serious and more relevant incidents with Corporate H&S Manager\nReport about the performance of the H&S Management System to the Regional HRBP\nWeekly/bi-weekly report to Corporate H&S Manager.\nReport immediately any new H&S inspection, claim and/or H&S Process in the corporate report and update any relevant news in the weekly meeting\nWhat we are looking for: Minimum: Engineering degree or equivalent and Health & Safety master's degree (Safety+Hygiene+Ergonomics)\nDesirable: Engineering degree or equivalent and Health & Safety master's degree (Safety+Hygiene+Ergonomics) + ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification\nExperience in H&S department at least 5 years.\nExperience as ISO 45001 internal auditor (1 year at least)\nStrong leadership and people management abilities.\nAbility to inspire, motivate, and influence teams\nAbility to lead organizational change and drive a positive safety culture.\nAbility to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, from shop floor employees to executive leadership.\nAbility to sit, stand and have mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed.\nAbility to conduct extended computer work and lead discussions with employees.\nHere at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
