This is a high-visibility role working on enterprise ecommerce programmes that directly impact customer experience and revenue performance.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll sit at the heart of ecommerce delivery—bridging business goals with technical execution across Adobe Commerce (Magento) initiatives.Translate commercial objectives into scalable ecommerce solutions (storefront, checkout, B2C/B2B journeys)Define and track key metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and cart abandonmentGather and document detailed requirements, user stories, and workflowsShape solutions across catalogue management, pricing, promotions, and order processesDrive optimisation across UX, performance, and conversionFacilitate workshops and collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teamsSupport integrations across ERP, CRM, PIM, and third-party toolsAct as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery end-to-endWhat We’re Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento)Proven track record delivering ecommerce projects in complex environmentsSolid understanding of ecommerce operations (catalogue, checkout, promotions, order lifecycle)Experience working in Agile environments with backlog and user story managementAbility to translate business needs into technical solutionsConfidence working across technical and non-technical stakeholdersBonus: Exposure to tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or broader Adobe ecosystem🎯 Why This Role?You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering large-scale ecommerce solutions for enterprise clients—combining strategy, delivery, and platform expertise in one role.About Hirobe🏢 Hirobe LimitedWe are a specialist recruitment partner focused exclusively on the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
