Residential Technician - All Shifts FT/PT/On-call Available

CommQuest seeks Full-time, Part-time, and PRN (on-call) to work at our adult men's residential, women's residential, and/or Detox facilities in Canton and Massillon, Ohio. You will ensure the comfort, safety, and security of all clients and visitors. What you gain: Great experience in the behavioral health and substance abuse field Visibility into how our community supports those in need Opportunities to share your expertise Peace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at large What you'll do: Provide day-to-day assistance with and supervision of clients in these programs Work in partnership with the Site Coordinator and/or Lead Resident Technician (RT), clinical staff, and other residential staff Plan and assist with recreational and educational activities Redirect clients, as necessary All other duties as assigned Schedule: Shifts available: We have Full-time 8 & 12 hour shifts and Part-time shifts available. Can be worked in a combination of days, afternoons, or midnights and weekends or weekends only. Part-time and Full-time opportunities available! Shift differential for midnight shifts! PRN (on-call) consists of a minimum of of 4 shifts per month as needed for days, afternoons, midnights and/or weekends. There is a shift differential for midnight shifts! Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required Must have a valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record Confidence and capability to proactively meet new people who share the CommQuest mission and create connections Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check Individuals in recovery, must have a minimum of one year of sobriety and practice firm boundaries with clients Full-Time Benefits: Generous time off, including Mental Health days 10 paid holidays annually Retirement plan with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision plans CEU/Licensure reimbursement and more!
