This role ensures efficient program execution and supports engineering teams, government customers, and OEM partners.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport program planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking for C-130J/H engineering and sustainment programs\nManage documentation for avionics, propulsion, and propeller upgrade programs, including NP2000 retrofit efforts\nCoordinate communication between engineering teams, logistics personnel, depot facilities, and government stakeholders\nAssist with configuration management, contract deliverables (CDRLs), and technical documentation\nPrepare program briefings, status reports, and engineering support packages\nTrack action items, risks, and program dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines\nSupport workflow processes, data management, and program execution activities\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred or 10 years relevant experience\nExperience supporting aerospace, defense, or government programs\nFamiliarity with C-130J/H avionics, propulsion, and propeller systems preferred\nStrong organizational, communication, and documentation skills\nBelong, Connect and Grow at KBR\n\nAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
