This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering the project on time and within budget. The Program Manager will also be responsible for risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that the CRM system meets the company’s business needs, including enhancing customer experience and streamlining operations.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & Strategy:Develop and manage the overall program plan and roadmap for CRM implementation, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.Align the CRM implementation with the company’s strategic goals, particularly in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.Lead the project from inception through to delivery, ensuring that all milestones are met.Stakeholder Management:Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define the CRM objectives and success metrics.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and issues, ensuring that expectations are managed and aligned.Act as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related communications.Team Management:Working very closely with the System Integrator (SI). Lead cross-functional teams within an Agile environment, including 4-5 Project Managers under -Tool Configuration - (SI)IntegrationsData Migration (vendor partner or SI)Change Management (SI)Data EngineeringReporting AnalyticsCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and other technical experts to ensure that the CRM system meets business requirements.Manage external vendors and consultants, ensuring that they deliver high-quality work and meet project deadlines.Risk Management & Problem Solving:Identify potential risks to the project’s success and develop mitigation strategies.Address and resolve project issues promptly, keeping the project on track.Monitor and adjust the project plan as necessary to accommodate any changes or unforeseen challenges.Quality Assurance & Compliance:Ensure that the CRM system complies with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.Conduct regular quality assurance checks and user acceptance testing to validate that the system meets the defined requirements.Oversee the training of end-users to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use of the CRM system.Budget & Resource Management:Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.Allocate resources effectively, balancing the needs of the project with available personnel and financial resources.Post-Implementation Support:Oversee the transition from project implementation to operational support, ensuring that the CRM system is fully functional and integrated into the company’s processes.Lead the post-implementation review to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.Required Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and/or related work experience.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly preferred.10+ years of experience of program management, within the workers' compensation insurance or employee benefits industry.Proven track record of leading CRM or large-scale, enterprise IT implementations.Strong understanding of CRM systems, processes, and best practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.ECCO Select’s Comprehensive Benefits:Medical/Dental/VisionPTO + Holidays401(k) plan + company matchLife & HealthEmployee Assistance ProgramOur CommitmentECCO Select is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
