As a 100% employee-owned company, we’re seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support the Army Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office, with a clear path to program leadership.If you’re coming from a large organization and want real ownership, direct customer engagement, and a faster path to PM responsibility, this is your opportunity.This position is contingent on funding with an expected start date of July/August 2026.We have seeking 6 Deputy Project Managers (3 with a secret clearance and 3 with a Top Secret Clearance.What You’ll DoPartner directly with the Program Manager to execute payload development programs supporting critical Army mission needsGain hands-on experience across cost, schedule, and performance management with a clear trajectory to future PM rolesSupport and help lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver on contractual technical requirementsDevelop and manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverablesIdentify and drive mitigation of program risks, ensuring proactive executionPrepare and deliver monthly status reports and leadership-level updatesSupport and participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and technical reviewsCoordinate across engineering, business operations, and Government stakeholders to ensure alignment and executionAssist with budget tracking, resource allocation, and program planningSupport hardware procurement, travel planning, and operational executionOperate independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with aggressive timelinesRequired Skills/ ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field10+ years of experience supporting Army, DoD, or similar defense programsStrong background in program execution, coordination, and team leadershipAbility to manage multiple priorities across cost, schedule, and technical performanceProven ability to operate effectively in high-tempo, mission-driven environmentsU.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearanceDesired Skills/ ExperienceMaster’s degree in relevant technical fieldExperience within an Army Project Office or acquisition environmentBackground in missile systems, payload development, or weapons integrationExperience supporting or leading engineering-focused programsDemonstrated ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and customersTop Secret ClearanceWhy RadianceClear Path to Program Manager: This role is designed to develop your next step, not keep you in placeEmployee Ownership: Your performance directly impacts company success and your ownMore Influence, Less Bureaucracy: Work directly with decision-makers, not through layersMission Impact: Support critical Army programs that matterAccelerated Growth: Expand your leadership responsibility faster than at large primesRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
