As a Build Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions that enhance the overall user experience.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments involving Desktop Engineering, application packaging, and deployment. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing, monitoring, and controlling project proceedings to ensure that project objectives are consistently met. Additionally, you will be expected to handle business-critical or escalated cases from Ops, providing effective solutions and support to address any issues that may arise.\nAs a Build Solution Engineer, clear and effective communication is essential. You will be required to interact with other teams to solve problems via email and conference calls and prepare daily and monthly reports on SLA compliance. Strong coordination skills, both within cross-functional teams and with vendors, will be necessary for the successful evaluation and rollout of new technologies.
