About the Opportunity:The Coverage Operations Specialist manages a dynamic portfolio of court hearings requiring timely attorney coverage. The position demands proactive problem-solving and influences the organization’s ability to deliver dependable legal coverage.3. Responsibilities:• Secure attorney coverage for court hearings within tight deadlines.• Negotiate service fees in real time, balancing cost targets and market conditions.• Prioritize and manage a fast-moving pipeline of hearing coverage requests.• Respond to last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs.• Onboard and support attorneys to ensure ongoing participation.• Communicate hearing status updates to law firm clients.• Maintain accurate records and data related to coverage assignments.• Identify recurring challenges and contribute improvement ideas.4. Requirements:• Minimum one year experience in roles involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Exceptional organizational abilities managing multiple concurrent tasks.• Ability to make calm, decisive decisions under deadline pressure.• Proficiency with technology and quick learning of new platforms.• High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred:• Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or high-volume call center environments.• Proven track record meeting or exceeding performance metrics.• Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools.• Exposure to legal, court, or collections processes.• Comfortable with Mac OS and Google Workspace.Core competencies:• Scheduling and calendar coordination• High-volume communications via phone, text, and email• Negotiation and objection handling• Customer service and relationship management• Pipeline management and prioritization• Data entry and CRM usage• Attention to detail and multitasking under deadlines• Problem-solving and conflict resolution5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Hourly pay range: $20 to $22, dependent on experience.• No sales commission; compensation is based on hourly rate.• Advancement opportunities exist toward senior specialist and supervisory roles.6.
