This role supports customer communications, internal coordination, project tracking, reporting, scheduling, and day-to-day operational activities that help ensure projects remain on schedule and meet customer requirements.\r\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and able to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments.\r\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Program Management team with daily program and project activities.\r\nSupport customer programs from initial launch through project completion.\r\nMaintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and status reports.\r\nTrack customer requests, engineering changes, and project documentation.\r\nCoordinate communication between customers and internal departments including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations.\r\nPrepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting summaries.\r\nMonitor project progress and provide updates to leadership.\r\nAssist with contract and customer documentation review.\r\nFollow up on customer inquiries and internal action items to ensure timely resolution.\r\nSupport manufacturing schedules and track project deliverables.\r\nHelp maintain accurate records within company databases and systems.\r\nParticipate in customer meetings and internal project review meetings.\r\nAssist with process improvement initiatives and administrative projects.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned in support of company objectives.\r\nQualifications Required 0–2 years of professional experience\r\nHigh school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in:\r\nBusiness Administration\r\nProject Management\r\nEngineering\r\nOperations Management\r\nSupply Chain\r\nManufacturing or related field\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:\r\nExcel\r\nWord\r\nOutlook\r\nPowerPoint\r\nBasic computer and data entry skills.\r\nStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\r\nPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.\r\nPreferred Experience working in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or industrial environment.\r\nFamiliarity with ERP systems or project tracking software.\r\nUnderstanding of project management concepts and scheduling.\r\nKey Competencies Organization and Time Management\r\nProfessional Communication\r\nProblem Solving\r\nCustomer Service\r\nTeam Collaboration\r\nAdaptability\r\nInitiative and Accountability\r\nAttention to Detail\r\nWhy Join STADCO?
