Candidate must also be able to develop security policy, procedures, guidelines, strategic documentation, and security training. The ideal candidate will have fundamental knowledge of national, DoD, and/or Army personnel security policies. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly provide key information to leadership. Incumbent must be able to identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and data quality. Demonstrated advanced organizational, multi-tasking, critical thinking and collaborative skills are required.
