This position is the heart of our office—serving as the first point of contact for families, supporting daily operations, and helping ensure the health and well-being of our students.\nIf you love working with children, enjoy staying organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we would love to meet you!\nPrimary Responsibilities\nGreet students, families, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.\nAnswer phones, emails, and general office inquiries.\nAssist families with questions and direct them to the appropriate staff member.\nMaintain a welcoming and organized front office environment.\nOffice Administration\nManage daily office operations and organization.\nTrack and maintain student attendance records.\nPrepare and organize documents, forms, and files.\nOrder office, classroom, and health room supplies.\nCoordinate deliveries and maintain inventory.\nAssist with program communications, scheduling, and administrative projects.\nProvide administrative support to the Executive Director\nStudent Health & First Aid\nProvide basic first aid for students with minor injuries or illnesses.\nAssess students who become ill during the day and communicate with parents when needed.\nMaintain student health records and medication logs according to school policies.\nMonitor and restock health office supplies.\nRespond calmly and confidently during student health situations.\nGeneral School Support\nAssist with events and special projects.\nSupport teachers and staff with day-to-day needs.\nHelp maintain a safe, organized, and positive campus environment.\nPerform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the school.\nQualifications\nExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.\nStrong communication and customer service abilities.\nComfortable working with children of all ages.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.\nProficient with computers, Google Workspace, and basic office software.\nPrevious office, receptionist, administrative, or school experience preferred.\nCPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).\nPhysical Requirements\nThis is an active position that requires mobility throughout the campus.
