Responsibilities - Conduct regularinspections and functional tests of fire sprinkler systems, includingcontrol panels, initiating devices, notification appliances, andauxiliary equipment. - Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs toensure systems are operational. - Accurately complete inspectionreports, documenting findings, deficiencies, and recommendations incompliance with NFPA standards and local regulations. - Providecustomers with clear explanations of inspection results and correctiveactions needed. - Maintain a strong understanding of NFPA codes,Manufacturer Requirements, And Company Procedures. - Collaborate Withservice teams to address and resolve system issues identified duringinspections. - Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are maintained andproperly stored. - Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction byproviding professional and courteous service. - Adhere to all companySafety Policies, Procedures, And Practices. Skills & Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 2+ years experienceinspecting, maintaining, or installing fire sprinkler systems. - ValidFire Alarm license in Massachusetts and Rhode Island preferred. - Musthave a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record. - Strongcommunication and customer service skills. - Must be able to workindependently with minimal supervision, follow directions and meetdeadlines. - Must be flexible with working hours and be willing to bepart of an on-call rotation. - Report to assigned job site location ontime, as directed. - Maintain and properly store tools, materials, andequipment. The Compensation range for this role is \$30.00 - \$40.00/hr.
