CBTs are deployed where support is needed most and may work across multiple schools, districts, centers, clients, and programs throughout the year to help ensure continuity of care. In addition to providing direct intervention services, CBTs support staffing needs, onboarding initiatives, peer mentorship, and operational projects during periods of lower coverage demand. This dynamic role offers consistent hours, diverse experiences, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact across multiple teams and service environments.\n\nReports to: Senior Specialist, School Operations\n\nKey Details\n\nHours: Targeted 30 hours per week, 6 hours per school day throughout Regular School Year Availability Requirement: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM\nPay Rate: $23 - $25 per hour\nIndividual Assignment Duration: individual student/school coverage assignments throughout Regular School Year may vary from 1 to 30+ days based on coverage needs\nReporting Location: In the event coverage is not assigned, Coverage Behavior Technician will report to one of Intercare’s Behavioral Health Centers to conduct Behavior Health coverage or essential non-coverage functions\nDescription:\nThe Coverage Behavior Technician (CBT) is a year-round floating support position that provides coverage and operational support across Intercare’s School Services and Behavioral Health programs.
