Supervisor","description":"Maintenance SupervisorReporting to the Site Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to maintenance and perform all essential facility maintenance duties in accordance to customer's scope or work and compliance with DFM's Quality and Safety standards.\r\nPrimary Goals and Responsibilities:\r\nSupervise performance and take necessary steps to correct performance when indicated.\r\nEscalate issues and problems to plant management when appropriate.\r\nLeadership and ongoing management of the salary and hourly workforce that operates and maintains facility equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.\r\nSupervision, scheduling and implementation of maintenance related activities.\r\nSupervise sub contracted services and plant projects.\r\nEnsure all PM's are performed, work orders closed, time posted, etc.\r\nWork with customer to provide reports, develop project database and schedule repairs/installation.\r\nUse of root cause analyses, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities.\r\nDirect contractors/vendors to correct problems that cannot be solved in house.\r\nSpecifies and purchases equipment through purchase authorizations or plant process.\r\nHandles warranty issues with manufacturers.\r\nMaintain the team morale and promote activities for team building.\r\nConduct team meetings, shift start meetings, and safety meetings.\r\nPrepare detailed budgets along with instructions for planned maintenance preventative, predictive, corrective) activities for customer.\r\nRole Requirements:\r\n4 year technical degree or equivalent experience.\r\n5+ years' experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance in a leadership capacity, preferably in a union environment.\r\nBattery manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.\r\nWorking knowledge of coolant filtration, mist collection, hoists, HVAC, air compressors, chillers, electrical equipment, and PLC.\r\nEPA Certifications/Universal required.\r\nCFC recovery and tracking.\r\nSubstation and Wastewater treatment knowledge.\r\nExperience in use of CMMS system for planning, documenting and closing work.\r\nHighly organized and structured management approach.\r\nExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Products, scheduling, CMMS).\r\nExperienced in industrial safety practices.\r\nMust be available
