Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support one of our clients in the Utility/Power Distribution industry. This individual will play a key role in leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining strong communication across stakeholders.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, and resource coordinationWork closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issuesMaintain project documentation, status reports, and communicate updates to leadershipManage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure successful deliveryFacilitate meetings, drive action items, and ensure accountability across teamsIdentify process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomesQualifications:2–5+ years of project management experienceStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
