This role sits at the intersection of client services and technical integration. You will manage end-to-end onboarding of exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional clients onto the Talos platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and successful deployment of our trading infrastructure. This is not a production support role. It is an implementation-focused position requiring structured project execution, technical fluency, and proactive client leadership.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment.\n\nLead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.\n\nPartner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.\n\nManage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nConfigure and validate client environments across Talos’ modular trading and portfolio systems.\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams.\n\nDevelop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.\n\nQualifications\n\n3+ years of experience in client onboarding or implementation within capital markets or financial technology.\n\nStrong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead stakeholders through structured implementation processes.\n\nExperience working with institutional trading systems, market connectivity, or financial infrastructure.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and command line environments.\n\nFamiliarity with configuration management, source control, and basic scripting (Python preferred).\n\nExposure to FIX protocol, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.\n\nPreferred\n\nExperience onboarding clients to trading, OMS, EMS, or portfolio systems.\n\nUnderstanding of capital markets workflows and electronic trading infrastructure.\n\nExperience coordinating integrations across exchanges, liquidity providers, or institutional counterparties.\n\nBenefits\nYou will also enjoy a comprehensive array of competitive benefits, regardless of location, within our warm, welcoming, and ambitious company culture.
