The successful applicant will have a strong passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. **Responsibilities:** - Assist with food preparation, including chopping, dicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and menu plans. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations. - Assist the culinary team with menu planning and food presentation to ensure consistency and quality. - Help with food handling and storage, ensuring that all food products are properly stored and rotated. - Work effectively as part of a team, supporting the restaurant's kitchen operations and providing assistance to other staff members as needed. - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, interacting with colleagues and customers in a friendly and courteous manner. **Requirements:** - Experience working in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. - Knowledge of food safety and handling practices. - Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time. - Knowledge of menu planning and food presentation is beneficial. - Possess a passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
