This position requires working some weekends and holidays. Hours of work are likely to change depending on the needs of the business.\n\nJob Duties:\n\nTraining on the Client systems will be provided. Time and LaborOther Internal web-based applications/platforms.\n\nCandidate must be able to work with payroll data and maintain confidentiality while working in a team environment.\n\nCandidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\n\nCandidate must have a strong analytical skill to comprehend statements written by different management employees regarding payroll issues.\n\nProficiency with use of 10-key calculator skills and using the keyboard which increases typing words per minute with minimal errors.\n\nThis position requires working some weekends and holidays, notice will be provided to worker in advance.\n\nScheduled hours may vary based on business needs and subject to working overtime.\n\nHigh energy, aptitude for learning, great dependability and a positive attitude are key desired attributes.\n\nWill be working non-union and union wage plans; but training will be provided.\n\nAdditional Duties:\n\nMust be able to work with payroll data - good math skills, but does not require payroll experience\n\nMaintain confidentiality while working in a team environment.\n\nPosition will involve auditing.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBasic Level Required - MS Office Excel and Access (primarily data entry)\n\nPayroll experience preferred but not required\n\nCandidate must be flexible to work outside the scheduled shift; as needed\n\nMust have good typing speed (40+ wpm) and 10 key calculator skills.\n\nCandidate must be able to work in a fast paced, urgent environment\n\nReady to Code Your Future with Us?\n\nIf you’re ready to make your mark in the distribution industry and bring your payroll expertise, we want to hear from you.
