Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: We are reliable, respectful, compassionate, accountable, and agile while applying personal integrity and team work to deliver outstanding results.\nPerformance Objectives\nIdentifies, investigates, and resolves users’ problems with computer software and hardware.\nFields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding, connectivity, printing, and other IT Networking issues.\nConsults with users and clients to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.\nApplies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and IT Networking procedures to solve problems.\nGuides users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and equipment and/or following verbal instructions.\nCollaborates with other staff to research and resolve problems.\nArranges service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products.\nMaintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.\nProvide reliable and outstanding customer service when assisting clients with IT Issues\nAble to implement secure IT practices and protocols\nInstallation and configuration of various IT Networking equipment and Network backbones\nClearly and concisely document work performed, and steps taken after assisting clients with resolving their IT issues.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned\nKey Competencies\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nProfessional and pleasant telephone manner\nAbility to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and clients.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software\nProficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.\nAbility to stay organized and self-disciplined when working alone and with a team\nReliable and punctual attendance\nEducation and Experience\nWindows OS experience\nApple IOS experience\nKnowledge of IT security practices\n2 + years of Telecommunications experience\n2 + years of IT Networking experience\nA+ certification or knowledge to acquire it within 3 months of hire\nNetwork + Certification is preferred\nBachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.\nAt least three years of experience in customer technical support highly preferred.\nExperience with VOIP and Telephony is preferred\nSecurity + Certification is preferred\nPhysical Requirements:\n● Ability to spend prolonged periods standing, walking, or sitting at a desk and working on a computer\n● Must be able to lift to 0 to 50 pounds at times\n● Perform work with required PPE; Including COVID19 PPE\n● Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements.\nBenefits Section\n30 to 35 per hour based on experience\n3 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) Program\nProfessional Training & Development Opportunities\nPaid Holidays\nAbility to work from home\nDental Insurance\nHealth Insurance\nFuel allowance\nCOMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY\nAs an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce.
