Contributes considerable business and technical knowledge to complex IT projects.\nThe DevSecOps / OpenShift (Kubernetes) Engineer will provide leadership and direction, mentoring team members to drive organizational maturity. The DevSecOps/ OpenShift (Kubernetes) Engineer will also consult with development teams to ensure platform fit is aligned to the business application requirements. Additionally, understanding of APIs, micro-services development, containers and supporting platform technologies is also required\nQualifications\nExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Designing and Implementing ADO Wiki, Work Item structures, Pipelines, ADO GIT repos/branches/Pull Requests, and related Standards and Processes.\nHands on experience in automating CI / CD needs on RedHat OpenShift / OCP, Linux, Windows, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.\nExperience creating ADO Build and Deploy Pipelines to build Apps and container images and deploy using standard ADO tasks and for old and new Java and .Net Apps and integrating with Apache Tomcat, JBoss, SQL Server, Windows, Linux, Oracle, etc.\nExperience producing Documents for Process and Automation.\nStrong experience with Red Hat OpenShift V4.\nTroubleshoot the application issues in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform environment.\nExperience in creating Build, Deployment, and other CRD config files for applications on OpenShift.\nHands-on experience in creating Docker and S2I images, Stateful sets and converting existing docker image to an S2I image and vice versa.\nWorking knowledge on OpenShift/Kubernetes and Container Orchestration, Custom Helm charts\nKnowledge on maintaining docker Image Repository like Quay\nExperience and ability to creating docker files, images, and containers.\nWork collaboratively with teams to ensure our products are successfully deployed, upgraded, and maintained.\nDeep knowledge and experience with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) version 8.X and higher.\nElastic stack administration, performance and capacity management including Index curation/retention management.\nLogstash and pipeline configuration and grok experience.\nWorking knowledge of Elastic Beats Filebeat, Heartbeat.\nWorking Experience with SonarQube/Coverity/Black Duck and integrating into ADO Pipelines and Pull Request flows\nExperience with Linux Scripting, .ksh , bash and Python.\nExperience in understanding and debugging Java errors.\nStrong Knowledge of SSL, TCP/IP Networking, LDAP.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills – works well with diverse teams and independently\nSelf-starter with excellent organization, planning, detail-oriented documentation, and time management skills\nClear and precise verbal and written communication skills.
