Actively listen, identify challenges, and work toward mutually beneficial outcomes. Secure firm commitments for timely repayment and update account records accurately. Comply with all federal and state regulations, including FDCPA standards. Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training. QualificationsStrong verbal communication skills and a solution-focused mindset. Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment. Must complete a typing assessment. Bilingual skills are a plus.
