The Outpatient Mental Health Center – Frederick offers a wide variety of mental health and substance use services for clients of all ages. This position offers not only a fulfilling career, but also ample opportunities for professional growth and development.Specific responsibilities include: Conduct diagnostic assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate referrals to additional services.Use evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing for co-occurring disorders.Flexible scheduling options.Complete documentation in a timely manner to meet program standards.Participate in weekly supervision, staff meetings, and trainings to improve your clinical skills and be a part of our ever-growing multi-disciplinary teams.Paid mandatory trainings and staff meetings.Ability to make extra income by volunteering for on-call duties.What you’ll get from us.At Sheppard Pratt, you will work alongside a multi-disciplined team led by a bold vision to change lives. Must be licensed or pre-licensed in Maryland as a:Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)The pay range for this position is $35,009.70 minimum to $42,436.00 maximum.
