The ideal candidate will manage large-scale infrastructure and cloud migration programs while providing technical leadership across Windows platforms, hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise IT operations.\n\nThe opportunity:\nLead and manage infrastructure and cloud transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, and operations teams.\nDrive Windows Server infrastructure modernization, migration, upgrade, and optimization initiatives.\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.\nSupport hybrid cloud deployments and infrastructure integration across Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments.\nOversee Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives.\nEnsure infrastructure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and operational standards.\n\nThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.\n\nWhat you need:\nStrong experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud migration projects.\nHands-on expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and cloud migration methodologies.\nKnowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.\nUnderstanding backup, disaster recovery, infrastructure monitoring, and IT operations management.\nPower BI and advanced dashboarding for real-time visibility.\nProgram and team metrics analysis, including trend identification and data-driven decision making.\nStrong project/program management experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.\nFamiliarity with infrastructure security, compliance, governance, and risk management practices.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nDesired Skills:\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM/MECM, and endpoint management solutions.\nExposure to networking, storage, and data center operations.\nKnowledge of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud automation tools.\nITIL service management experience.\nQualification:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in technical program/project management and enterprise infrastructure support.\nRelevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or ITIL are preferred.\n\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.\nRole Location: Oregon\nCompensation Range: $102,000-$153,000\n\nBenefits\nFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
