{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"50d82d58d87dbff28b0026b9","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/50d82d58d87dbff28b0026b9","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/50d82d58d87dbff28b0026b9","title":"Process Engineer Technician","description":"Move Forward with Volt!\n\nVolt is immediately hiring multiple Process Engineer Technicians in Fremont, CA.\n\nAs a Process Engineer Technician, you will:\nA process engineering technician works at manufacturing facilities where he/she provides technical support to engineers to improve production operations.\nTheir responsibilities include performing document control, rack/server label, fixture audit, label maker creation, training operations, and other PR supporting items\nProviding technical support to all projects.\nAssist process engineer with developing and maintaining Standard Operator Procedures (SOP), BOM, and CRD for the manufacturing line process/Train all manufacturing technicians and operators on SOP.\nAnalyze and conduct a time study to increase production line efficiency with quality output.\nHelp process engineer training and maintaining training matrixes for production line technicians and operators/Train and test the line technicians and operators routinely to ensure that their skill set qualifications are up to date.\nWeekly screwdriver torque calibration and fixture preventive maintenance record.\nDaily audit fixtures on production floor and replace screw bit if necessary.\nSupport Process Engineer for deploying solutions for quality improvement.\nThis is a full-time, long-term opportunity.\nSchedule: Monday - Friday - 8am to 4:45pm\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nKnowledge of server manufacturing assembly packing process\nDetailed oriented, able to concentrate on the work assigned\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and or managers.\nAbility to provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production\nStrong listening oral and written communication skills. Ability to motivate.\nAble to plan, assist management with directing and delegating work to subordinate.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills as well as administrative management skills.\nAble to exemplify professional behavior in all aspects of their position.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel (as a tool for data analyst) , Word and Outlook.\nHigh school diploma with server related field experience\nProficiency in Office suite and Microsoft applications, highly preferred.\nPay Rate: $25.00 per hour\nPay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\nQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
