This is a driving-heavy position that plays a critical role in delivering materials, tools, and equipment to jobsites while keeping our shop and inventory organized and efficient.\nThis role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the electrical or construction trades, work alongside experienced professionals, and become an employee-owner at a well-established, growing company.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials, tools, and equipment from jobsites, vendors, and suppliers\nEnsure accurate, timely delivery of materials to support electricians and field crews\nReceive, inspect, and inventory incoming materials and equipment\nPrepare and pre-package materials in the shop for jobsite delivery\nMaintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of shop and storage areas\nTrack material usage, shortages, and damaged items\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment\nAssist with recycling, disposal, and proper storage of surplus or scrap materials\nFollow all company policies and OSHA safety requirements\nPerform other duties as assigned\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record\nAbility to regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs\nStrong organization and attention to detail\nReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team\nAuthorized to work in the United States\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in construction, warehousing, or material handling\nFamiliarity with electrical tools, materials, or equipment\nForklift or pallet jack experience\nKnowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA practices\nWork EnvironmentPhysical Requirements\nLocal travel to multiple jobsites (approximately 50%)\nWork performed in shops, warehouses, and active construction sites\nFrequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing stairs or ladders\nAbility to work in various weather conditions\nRequired use of PPE, including safety glasses, vest, hard hat, hearing protection, and safety shoes as needed\nWhy Lemberg Electric?\nLemberg Electric is one of Southeastern Wisconsin's larger electrical contractors and an employee-owned company.
