Commercial Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are currently seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing works orders and other required tasks including but no limited to HVAC repairs & maintenance, evaporative cooler repairs and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs, painting and other property/facility maintenance as necessary.Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionCommunicate effectively with tenantsEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.Qualifications:Previous experience in commercial real estate property maintenance is preferredBroad experience with various trades (HVAC, Evaporative coolers, plumbing, electrical, drywall/paint repairs) is preferred but can provide on-the -job training if necessaryCurrent HVAC xaygatp Certification a definite plusFamiliarity in operation of maintenance tools (including lifts) Ability to handle physical workloadComfortable working with strict deadlines and detail-oriented a mustMust have clean AZ Driver License and own a work vehicle (Mileage reimbursement provided)
