OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated infant/toddler teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of each child.DutiesDevelop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, social skills, and emotional growth.Educate children through play-based learning, ensuring that each child is actively engaged in their own learning process.Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and respectful environment conducive to learning.Provide individualized support to children with special needs, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community.Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate findings with parents and guardians.QualificationsA degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.Experience in childcare or working with young children is essential.Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.Ability to provide tutoring support in literacy education as needed.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their development.Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners!
