But, all without the red tape and sluggish pace.The HeadlinesA customer-facing Solution Architecture role where you'll take ownership of designing and delivering complex SaaS solutions for major Commercial Real Estate organisations.You'll sit at the heart of the Delivery team, working across Sales, Product, Data and Engineering to turn complex business requirements into scalable solutions, with plenty of exposure to senior stakeholders and enterprise customers.Tech StackSaaS Platforms | Data Modelling | ETL / ELT | APIs | Integrations | CRE PlatformsWhat You'll Be DoingSolution Design: translating complex customer requirements across financial, operational and leasing workflows into scalable solution designs and technical specifications.Enterprise Delivery: acting as the technical design authority across medium and large-scale CRE implementations from discovery through to go-live.Data & Integrations: designing data flows, integrations and extensions across a data-driven SaaS platform, ensuring data quality, consistency and automation.Stakeholder Management: working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Data and Engineering teams to define and deliver the right solutions for customers.Architecture Standards: developing reusable solution patterns and best practices to ensure solutions remain scalable and efficient.What We're Looking For5+ years' experience across Solution Architecture, Enterprise SaaS Delivery or Implementation Consulting.Commercial Real Estate experience is essential.Strong understanding of data-driven SaaS platforms, workflows and enterprise integrations.Solid understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL/ELT, data modelling and API integrations.Experience with Yardi, MRI, VTS or similar CRE platforms would be a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills with the ability to operate comfortably across both technical and business stakeholders.Ultimately, this is a chance to join a well-established & talented team working on a genuinely impressive CRE SaaS platform, where you'll have real ownership over how enterprise customers adopt and integrate the product, rather than simply following a predefined architecture.What's on OfferIndustry leading benefitsCompensation $150-200,000Potential equity of the groupSound exciting?
