Salary$100k-$150k Base + Bonus(+ Commission opportunities)SummaryOur client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their plaintiff personal injury law firm and represent clients in catastrophic personal injury & medical malpractice matters.Responsibilities: Represent clients related to catastrophic personal injury & medical malpractice matters with a focus on providing high-quality legal services Manage a caseload from inception through close Handle a cases of various litigation matters from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and arguments Prepare for and conduct depositions, interrogatories, and other discovery proceedings Collaborate and work with as a team with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and work up all aspects of the case as a team. Assist with the preparation of trial exhibits, witness interviews, and trial briefs Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including organizing and managing documents and evidence Attend court hearings, conferences, and other legal proceedings as required Stay current with changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents that may impact ongoing cases Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the State Bar and in good standing 5-15 years of experience in Plaintiff PI or Medical Malpractice Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamAbout The CompanyOur client is Philadelphia’s leading personal injury firm, representing catastrophically injured clients, medical malpractice victims, sexual abuse survivors, and individuals who have been seriously injured by dangerous products. ,
