You'll oversee everything from creating amazing customer experiences to receiving, stocking, and ensuring our shelves are always filled with top-quality products. You're not just a leader: you're a coach and mentor to our store staff, setting the standard for stellar customer engagement and helping the team shine. You'll also dive into merchandising and making sure every fresh delivery meets our high standards, as well as placing orders with our trusted vendors to keep things running smoothly.With busier seasons approaching, we're looking for the right fit for multiple locations: Eastlake, Madison Valley, and Pike Place. (You'll have schedules 2+ weeks in advance to know where you're working.) These locations are open 8am-8pm, 7 days a week. You must be available nights and weekends. We only hire 21+. This role is open to part-time or full-time applicants. This isn't seasonal and each hire will end up working at one location primarily.Main job responsibilities:Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a prompt, friendly manner. We are a customer-first store!Writing and receiving orders; stocking shelves and making things look great.Sampling products to customers. (We have delicious cookies!)Assisting with periodic inventory checks.Maximizing sales by following proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.Performing opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.Our stores are open 8am-8pm daily.
