Trims component leads, bends component leads, assembles heat sink and voltage regulator subassemblies and other component prep operations.\nManually inserts components into printed circuit boards.\nPerforms final assembly of products.\nPerforms final test of products.\nPackages products as per instructions in shipping/storage containers.\nWorks from prints, drawings, samples and written procedures.\nDocuments actions by completing production and quality forms.\nPerforms all work in a manner that provides for the safety and health of self and other manufacturing personnel.\nWorks from Bill of Materials, utilizing all error proof procedures when available.\nMeets work quotas while conforming to DMP quality standards.\nObserves and adheres to DMP Classification Standard.\nObserves company policies. Continuously strives to find processes that create improved efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements. Acknowledges responsibility to satisfy the customer, reduce cycle time and eliminate waste.\nMay perform related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested.
