The AI/ML Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure the successful integration and utilization of AI/ML technologies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAI/ML Architecture Design: Design and develop AI/ML architectures that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance.\nModel Development: Oversee the development, training, and deployment of AI/ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models.\nTechnology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend AI/ML technologies, tools, and platforms, staying current with industry trends and advancements.\nData Management: Design and implement data pipelines and workflows to support AI/ML model training, validation, and deployment.\nPerformance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of AI/ML models and systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.\nIntegration: Guide the integration of AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with business processes.\nCollaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support AI/ML projects.\nDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI/ML architectures, models, and integration processes.\nCompliance and Ethics: Ensure AI/ML solutions adhere to ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience:\n7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, development, and implementation.\nProven experience with designing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.\nExperience with major AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).\nPreferred Qualifications\nA Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is preferred.\nExperience with cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google AI Platform) is a plus.\nAI/ML-related certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty) are preferred.\nCertifications in data science or analytics (e.g., Certified Data Scientist) are a plus.\n\nCandidates from Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) are strongly encouraged to apply.
