This is a full-time position.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide program management support across the full acquisition lifecycle, including development, production, deployment, and sustainment.\nMonitor program cost, schedule, and performance; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport acquisition planning, strategy development, and pre/post-award documentation.\nDevelop and maintain program schedules, metrics, reports, and briefings (e.g., DAES, MARs).\nAssist with milestone planning, Integrated Master Plans (IMP), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).\nSupport senior-level meetings, program reviews, and decision documentation.\nAnalyze acquisition programs and recommend improvements to processes, policies, and execution.\nCoordinate with DoD, Air Force, and international stakeholders to resolve programmatic issues.\nSupport risk management planning, data analysis, and performance tracking.\nAssist in managing training systems, including requirements, design, testing, integration, and sustainment.\nSupport Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Training Systems Analysis (TSA) activities.\nContribute to financial planning, budgeting, and POM submissions.\nAssist with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case management, LOA execution, and customer coordination.\nPrepare and maintain program documentation, reports, briefings, and communications materials.\nSupport inspections, compliance efforts, and emergency management procedures.\nAssist with event planning, executive support, travel coordination, and stakeholder engagement.\nMaintain databases, SharePoint sites, and communication plans to support organizational objectives.\nQualifications:\n12+ years experience in a program or acquisition management role including at least 5 years supporting DoD programs. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience with PMO operations, acquisition strategy, contract management, and source selection. Knowledge of Agile acquisition, cyber security, and cloud-based solutions. Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, policies, and life cycle management. Experience with FMS programs, including LOA management and international coordination. Proficient in data analysis, program metrics, and Earned Value Management (EVM). Able to communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Experience working with geographically dispersed and multidisciplinary teams. Expertise in DoD acquisition frameworks and program evaluation techniques. Strategic thinking with the ability to drive program success and compliance. Must have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and effective communication skills. Able to manage complex acquisition programs and stakeholder relationships. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint). Knowledge of ITAR, foreign disclosure, and international program execution. Able to travel CONUS/OCONUS as required.
