systems engineering for advanced non-GPS navigation and inertial measurement platforms from concept definition through design, qualification, and serial manufacturing.Driving multidisciplinary system architecture and design across hardware, firmware, software, mechanics, and precision sensors.Defining comprehensive system requirements, error budgets, performance trade-offs, and sensor calibration methodologies.Leading hands-on laboratory bring-up, system-level testing, calibration, and debugging using advanced lab instrumentation and test benches.Analyzing sensor behavior and flight/field performance data, implementing root-cause investigations, and resolving complex system-level anomalies.Collaborating cross-functionally with HW, SW, Mechanics, and Physics/Algorithms teams, while guiding qualification and environmental testing.RequirementsB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics Engineering, Physics, or an equivalent discipline – Mandatory5+ years of hands-on Systems Engineering experience in complex hardware systems (defense, inertial navigation, electro-optics, or related fields) – MandatoryStrong, practical systems-level approach combined with direct hands-on troubleshooting capabilities – MandatoryDeep working knowledge and experience with precision sensing technologies: IMUs, gyroscopes, accelerometers, or inertial sensors – MandatoryProven background
